this little pole actually suprised me...it was delivered within 3 days although it said 3-14 days. its extendable, so easy to put up how ever the screws are a little unrealiable but thats a given with most poles so just make sure you got extra in.
you definatley get your moneys worth i wouldnt advice this pole for proffesional use. i would advice it for beginners and advanced it holds weight well but does need to be tightened on a regular basis. it supports weight when doing spins, clutching, climbing and just general moves. this pole is great if your just starting out. mine is great and is doing well...good luck

when this pole was deliverd to me the box was opened and there were alot of missing parts ie dvd and other parts, the pole does not hold body weight and is so flimsy like a toy. i cant belive the other persons feed back on this as i feel it is complete lies, im so disapoined and would like a refund which i feel is complicated to do, i feel let down by amazon and wont buy any other items from them again.

i have to say i did a lot of research before buying my pole to make sure i got the one that was right for me. and this pole is the one!
its very secure as it fixed to the celing and there is no movement as i use it, you can spin andhang from it no problem (once i got over worrying about wether the celing was going to fall on me that is!) this pole is perfect for any new learner - well recommended!
