This is my first pregnancy and I wanted to buy a journal to record my memories & pictures. I read all the reviews of every journal on amazon and decided to pick this one - I am so glad that I did. It it lovely - well laid out going through each trimester with spaces for pictures every month. It includes handy tips and checklists throughout the journal and spaces to put your own notes in. It is very detailed which I think is good for first time pregnancies and I cant wait to start using it & taking pictures every month of my growing bump.

I bought this journal hoping to create a keepsake to show my baby when he/she grows up. But it is too functional compared to what I was looking for.. This journal is a mix between functional advice (which is just a repeat of books like What to Expect) and what I wanted - a keepsake journal in which to record the details of your pregnancy.
It contains lovely spaces for pictures and envelopes for keepsakes, but the spaces where you can write are too small. Space is wasted on advice about pregnancy which is not in enough detail to be truly useful and is in other books covered much better. But one of my main issues with this journal is the questions it prompts you to answer - perhaps it's a personal thing but I don't want to write about mucus and sore nipples for my future child to read about..!
This journal does at least have spiral bounding which allows you to add material, I've created a scrapbook from mine, so money wasn't wasted in the end...

Covers everything. Lots of spaces for pictures, writing your own feelings and thoughts plus information on pregnancy. For me the best journal...that's why I have it for the second time!:D

Lovely Journal
This is lovely it has lots of space to put in any extra pieces of paper. All of the section are relevant unlike some other books I looked at.
