Commercially, it will be extremely difficult to follow in Usher's footsteps, but Nelly is the only one who can outsell him this year. In order to achieve it, he decided to release a mellow, "Dilemma"-like album 'Suit' in conjunction with 'Sweat' album with faster beats.
As for the opening single, they "wisely" chose to release a double A side with tracks from both albums. I have to say that My Place is a safe bet because it closely follows the formula of Dilemma without Kelly and, all in all, this track is not as exciting as the other A side Flap Your Wings, a sure floor-filler with excellent beats, melodies and with just a tad too much narrative by Nelly which tends to break the flow of the music.
Anyway, this is a prime single with two above average songs, clearly more than enough material to make a UK #1 single. Enjoy!
