I am an introvert and I need every bit of help I can get to be more outgoing. The Philosophy for Successful Living was the formula I needed. Its philosophy explores these areas: Working with others, the Economic ladder, Strengthening my core personality (and weakening the traits I should downplay), Managing your financial house, and basically making your entire life more successful in the ways that matter to you.
Throughout the book, Jim Rohn's "Idaho Farmboy Wisdom" (Idaho is a state in the USA) was an excellent way of providing tools I needed to make more of myself. I see myself improving daily and I still make a conscious effort to implement Mr. Rohn's philosophy, I find that more and more of his philosophy and pure wisdom comes naturally to me.
I would ask especially those who struggle with introversion to give Rohn's book a try immediately. You will be better because of it.
