Agnetha Faltskog's voice is one of the greatest in popular music. Her vocals were and are, for me, one of the reason for Abba's appeal and her looks certainly got them noticed.
Her songs are very easy on the ear with beautiful melodies and arrangements. Stand-out tracks being Jag Var Sa Kar (I Was So In
Love), Om Tarar Vore Guld (If Tears Were Gold), Tack For Underbar Valig Dag (Thanks For A Wonderful Day), Vart Ska Min Karlek Fora (I Don't Know How To Love Him)+ many, many more. It covers her solo career up to 1987's Let It Shine with four Abba songs including The Winner Takes It All and The Day Before You Came + her only Abba composition Disillusion. It's a shame it doesn't focus as much on her post Abba stuff as theres's enough of it to fill the second CD and surely no one would buy this purley for the Abba tracks which are available on Abba CDs. A nice collection + a nice booklet.
