Whitney suffered much criticism from ignorant people who thought her early music was "too white" or "not black" enough. This excellent album/CD, her best in my view, made it clear that the singer could easily produce quality black music and take it to the top, as only she could. She was indeed every woman and could do whatever she liked, and do it well. Her funeral is taking place today and I hope we can now enjoy her amazing art, which was about love and brilliance, not prejudice and ignorance. Thank you Whitney, you've been heard ...and your music and love lives on. Oh yes, great rare pics of Whitney in the Kindle book, God's Other Children - A London Memoir. RIP.
