Does exactly what is expected for such a small price.
When installing, have the volume control on the accessory ie CD/MP3 or anything, set to minimum.
Slowly increase the volume control to the desired output, if in a car, the same volume as the radio. This will give you excellent results, as too much volume will overload the host cassette head and give distortion.

Sound quality is worse and no matter how you try to tune the sound quality it won't deliver any good sound. Total waste of money and time.
I didn't have the issues making it work as some other people seem to however the sound quality is absolutely terrible!
I'm not being picky when I say this, you could barely hear anything other than the drum and bass(and that wasn't good quality either).
I know it's really cheap and I may have just been unlucky but be aware that it is a gamble.
