To be honest, this is not a book I would have paid good money for. I received a copy via the Amazon Vine programme whereby I get free products to review. I ordered this book as I have occasionally watched Coach Trip and have found Brendan an interesting and funny person.

It is a very easy and funny read. It is the sort of book you can pick up and put down without loosing the plot. It looks at his early life and his preparation for the Priesthood in quite a lot of detail. It rushes through the next period of his life as a Tour Guide and then spends time looking at his TV career. It is a shame that there are parts of his life, that must have been painful, which are either glossed over or rushed through. I think the book could benefited by looking at these periods in more depth and detail. It is however an honest account of his life and is in parts very funny. It gives you the impression that Brendan is a "what you see is what you get" kind of person and having read the book I admire him a lot more.

This is a good funny read and I am happy to recommend it to any Coach Trip/Brendan fan. It is written by an honest and lovely person, who has eventually found success in his life.

Well written biography of a sincere and funny man.

As a fan of Coach Trip, I found this book very absorbing. It goes a long way in explaining Brendans outlook on life, in the early part of the book Brendan looks back on his Irish roots, naming many of the families who still have a presence in that part of North West Ireland. Later he "opens the closet" and then moves on to his own view of the sometimes hilarious events of Coach Trip. Really a book in three distinct parts which will amuse and entertain.

I purchased this book after watching Coach Trip and think Brendan is fantastic.
I can honestly say I could not put this book down, It had me laughing, smiling and crying throughout. I was very touched by Brendan's relationship with Les and was devasted by what happened to him.
Excellent read I would highly recommend everyone to buy this.

Well done Brendan I think you are brillant and what a life you have had so far! I definately enjoyed the read.....

Very interesting read. Amusing at times and emotional. Brendan comes across as a lovely lovely man who you want to be friends with.

Brendan. You Are A Star
I love watching Brendan on Coach Trip so buying this book was a must. He is an absolute star. I could actually imagine him saying the quotes in the book. Loved it.
