Rick Stein is the master with fish and does not disappoint with the content of this book.
Anyone who wishes to enlarge their knowledge should purchase this book.
Instructions are clear and to the point and nothing is complicated. The book is excellent
but should you get chance, try and see Rick Stein in person giving a demonstration.

Sadly, the high price of fish makes some of these recipes for high days and holidays only. Lovely, simple recipes using everyday ingredients (except the fish). As you would expect from Mr Stein.

Interesting.
The book contains several intriguing recipes, vegetarian, fish and meat, some more easy to follow than others, but all tasty and enjoyable.
