this has already gone to the charity shop. it was bought for me as a present by a relative who doesn't have much food sense. if they'd only picked a different book in his series i might have been happy (despite the weird size of the book), but i got ainsley. oh well, the book is gone but i fear the horrific picture on the front is forever burned into my memory...

This series has some really good books and then they slap you in the face with a 'meals in minutes'. Using Ainsley Harriot (a none chef) to author this book just adds to the humiliation. I think they should stop printing this book and save the series.

There are so many cookbooks around and this is not the one to buy. Everything in here has been done somewhere else and better. Ainsley Harriot isn't even a real chef so why this series picked him is a mystery to me.
