I bought the Kindle version, which avoided the small text problem. The recipes are varied, tasty and easy to make, using everyday ingredients. There is a wide variety of recipes, with some interesting international flavours. I have made several of these recipes for my friends and family, and can highly recommend the book.

ps I am dismayed by the personal attack in some of the other reviews: it does not matter whether Ainsley Harriott is or is not a "proper chef", because he has created some wonderful,tasty recipes.

This was delivered very quickly. I enjoyed the TV programme that Ainsley Harriot was in. i.e. "Can't Cook". I learned quite a good deal from watching him.as he gave out many tips lwhich I found useful. I have used this book to cook some of his recipes, and they are all very good, and easy to follow.

Have a couple of Ainsley's books and always find his books easy to use with readily available ingredients in fact for most of these recipes you don't actually have to look further than your cupboard shelves.I know I jeep ssaying it in my reviews but this is great value for money even my local 'works'can't beat thisd price.
