I am a big fan of Rosemary's cook-books and own all of them, which are well used, so I knew I had to have this one. Rosemary has published this book under the My Kitchen Table collection and they range from Ainsley to Mary Berry,but this is the first low-fat recipe book. After looking through this book you can tell the meals will be tasty, although all the recipes appear in nearly all of Rosemary's other cookbooks, it is laid out very well with stunning pictures and well written steps. I can recommend the salmon lasagne and the leek and rocket ravioli. It shows the calories and gramms of fat in each recipe and if you are on a diet or just watching your weight, it is ideal. I am really pleased with my purchase and recommend it.

Great book with lots of inspirational recipes for low fat cooking. Some veggie stuff but mainly meat based recipes.

I bought this from Amazon expecting new recipes from a good author for diet food. I've already got Rosemary Conleys Low Fat Cookbook. I was disappointed to find (at latest count) 23 of the recipes in the new, 100 recipe book were duplicates from the earlier tome. I don't know if the rest come from a later book but I suspect this is just a rehash of earlier works.

Bought this to supplement the inch loss plan, but downside would be the amount of time needed to prepare and cook
the dishes. Otherwise would be lovely
