This book is well presented and comprehensively provides the guidance required to cook nourishing and healthy meals. For all levels of good cooking, this book is a great tool.The reason why I did not give it 5 stars is because of the colours used to highlight some of the information.In some cases it is too light and those with poor eyesight find it difficult to read the words. For any instruction book it is essential that the reader can see what it says, from start to finish.

I've used several of these recipes, I find them easy to follow and great if you love chicken but fancy a change. I don't follow celebrity cooks, so I bought this book because it looked like what I was looking for.
