This book has a wonderfull flow. And will really help those early stage riders. It launches from first meeting horses and ponies through to equipment and riding without breaking stride. It is a thoroughly beautifull book with enchanting ponies and children. It covers all of the safety aspects without detracting from the fun. There is an insight into western riding which is inspiring and easy to follow. All in all an exciting and fun read.

I bought this book for my 6yr old niece who is new but very keen to riding - she absolutely loved it! her mother and 2 elder sisters aged 10 & 13 have also said they found parts of it informative to them so great all round.
