At half price this book is well worth buying. It has a sweet story in the first couple of pages and then opens up to reveal an amazing pop up story scene. It is quite incredible it all folds back into the book so easily and undamaged. Any 'careful' little girl will get loads of play from this book - however, if your little princess is a little more inquizative it may get wrecked fairly quickly.

Bought this for my 10 year old daughter for Christmas, glad she still likes to play. She was thrilled; she has 3 others from this series and absolutely loves them. It literally brings a book to life! Would recommend as a great present for a girl 10 years and below.

This book is beautifully made, with masses of detail throughout. At the beginning of the book there are a couple of pages of paper figures which can be extracted and used in the book on the rides, plus a pocket to keep them in when not in use. I bought this for my 3 year old granddaughter and I think she may be a bit too young to appreciate the complexity of it plus you have to be careful otherwise the paperwork will get damaged, ok if supervised till a bit older. All in all a wonderful buy which ticks lots of boxes on the play list, ie. imagination, dexterity, visually stimulating.
