I am very much of the opinion that a book can grab your attention and transport you off to another place. This would be true of coffee table car books but for the "top trumps" like way many are presented. We can flick through and decide upon our favourite but we are just left with a quick hit of adreneline as we consider the horse-power tables.
This book is so much more: The seach for the unusual that is rare and the everyday raised to classic by common appeal. I love this book because it is an appreciation of the beauty and quality that endures and is good for the soul.

This is a super book, packed with fantastic, beautiful photos and interesting stories about the 'lives' of some of these much loved cars. My favourite is the Plymouth Belvedere, what a fantastic wedding car and the owners tattoo is great! In fact thats one of the things I love about this book, not only do the owners share their stories but some of them are also featured in the photographs.

I loved the quirky little stories from the owners of each car; the superb photography - not your normal run-of-the-mill pictures - and the stylish layout. A super glossy book that's a pleasure to look at and you don't have to be a dedicated classic car enthusiast to appreciate it (which I am not), I just got such pleasure from looking at it!
