The three things that I like about this the most:
1) It stays in place because of the fastener, and it is very easy to get on and off, as well as adjusting it. 2) The pocket that is attached is great for holding things you might need...I use it for extra nursing pads, my lanolin, baby nail clippers, etc. 3) My baby can latch on much easier using this nursing pillow than any other way.

If you're going to breastfeed buy this! It seems ridiculously expensive for what it is essentially a well shaped piece of foam, but it works brilliantly. When I've borrowed friends' nursing pillows they haven't come close in terms of comfort and ease of use, and since such a huge proportion of your time as a new mum is spent feeding you really don't want to compromise on position and comfort.

Would recommend this breastfeeding cushion to all new mums. I have found this product to be a great help in positioning my baby to feed and find that it helps me maintain a good posture whilst doing so. This is helped by the extra padding at the back of the cushion missing on alternative nursing cushions. I really notice my back and arms ache when I am out and about and can't feed using the cushion. It has a handy pocket to keep extra breast pads in and fastens securely with a plastic clasp to hold the cushion firmly in place. It is easy to take the cover off to wash it and you can get pretty colourful designs of cover. I use this product all the time (both day and night) so although its just really a curved shaped foam cushion its well worth buying to make your life that little bit easier as you will have enough on your plate with a newborn baby!
