The Mustek MP70D is 7" portable DVD player with integrated DVB-T Freeview digital TV receiver. If your family travels long distances by car, a portable DVD player is very effective gadget to keep young children quiet in their back seats. The Mustek MP70D also has another killer feature: it is also a portable Freeview digital TV to receive a full range of Freeview services, including digital TV and radio stations. The MP70D also has audio and video out, meaning that this little device can act as a Freeview set-top box and DVD player that you can plug into the big TV in your home or a hotel room.
Mustek MP70D is designed with family travelling long car journeys in mind. It comes with an in-car 12V power adapter and a carrying case that straps to the back of a headrest. The player also have a AV-in jack so if your kids are travelling with their PS2 / PS3, they can enjoy the game on this 7" LCD screen too. Although it is not possible to receive Freeview in many places due to the size of the included aerial, the aerial jack is a normal size one, and some caravan owners might have a roof-mounted aerial to boot the signal (hence better TV reception).
