It's hard to swallow "figuritevely" but 5 scoops in one serving with 22 oz of water seems harsh. However I am taking 2 scoops before working out and 3 scoops after and it seems to work. Take on an empty stomach otherwise you'll get the runs. I'm stacking this with Leaukic (pills) for recovery and have already seen instant results. It's a high calorie intake so if your starting off probably not for you, but for those who want to put on size and are used to the whole "protein" ritual: Go for it. I just ordered Cell tech from Amazon so we'll see how it goes. But out of the nitro tech/mass tech family, i've done both and mass tech puts on the on the pounds.
