First off, most people believe that muscle tech was a bunch of hype, as did I before purchasing! but then, i used Trusty ole Supplementreviews.com to see the rates of success WHILE in gnc, looking up every creatine they had, and took the plunge.
Im Not Regretting it! yea creatine is water retention, but I've noticed that creakic uses a calcium based absorption, which kept the muscle after cycling off. Ive used GNC 189, green bulge, and Sizeon. All of which are good creatines besides green bulge (didn't work worth crap). But, I must say that Muscletech has came through the hype and made a useful product!
Ratings:
effectivenes: 9/10
This did everything it says, as well as allowing me to keep my gains besides maybe a pound of whatever water was left in my system. I rated 9/10 primarily because it is a good product, but I feel maybe muscle tech could improve by adding more different types of creatine blends (that way to give a higher chance of it working on the majority of consumers) because certain creatines work for certain people.
Pros: -works
-gives a nice swole look
-i kept pump for a decent extended amount of time
-decently fast results (must eat healthy, drink a lot of water, and TAKE VITAMINS!!!!!
-best to take for me with dinner, then after workout. (i workout at night time, feels better to me than being drowsy in the morning)
-pill form! can't complain, and good absorption!
cons: -6 pills in a day! including my multi vitamins and fish oils, that equals 12 pills a day... you get used to it though
-Water retention at first (which is why it is important to drink a lot, and eat healthy to stop from bloating)
-wasn't AS fast on helping recovery as other creatines (although it still sped it up some)
Overall: Best creatine so far, I recommend it, but will warn Everyone... Creatine is Biased! it will work for some, and do different effects to everyone! this batch happened to have the right type of creatine my body reacts beneficial to! I gained 5 solid pounds (wasn't trying to get too bulky) and increased all my reps and weights. I recommend for those who want to chisel their bulk or add bulk, depending on the workouts they do. I did many reps, and still wound up increasing weight and reps. from doing 3 sets of 21's with 20lb dumbbells to 3 sets of 21's with 25lb dumbbells and extra power for more (because of recovery rate)
Im not lying, im truthfully stating my personal outcome, and not promising it will work for you. Sorry for the long review, but i like to be thorough, and I like to talk. Enjoy, and Good luck!
p.s EAT HEALTHY!
