Add 30g (1 rounded scoop) to your favourite beverage 2/3 times per day (before and after training, and/or in the morning). NOTE - You can take up to 2g of protein per kg of body weight daily. 1.Add 250ml of beverage (preferably water) to a glass. 2. Add 30g to the beverage, allow product to settle for a few moments, then mix using spoon/fork. 3.Leave to stand - up to 2 minutes - mix then drink.
