Just love this book, especially the little stories that are included with the recipes. The authors love of the food and the recipes shines through the book. Even though not designed as a coffee table book, would also make an ideal one for people who like cookery books as well as those who cook.

This is a wonderful book giving an insight into the delights of setting up an ice cream business in Ireland. More importantly, the passion that is evident in the wonderful recipes is truly inspiring. They are written in a clear way that helps you produce a thoroughly respectable version yourself. I have been working my way through a number of the gorgeous recipes and they have been gobbled up. I would love another Murphy's book please!
