If you would at least post the table of contents, then I could make a decision whether to buy this book. 26 Sept. 2010
By Ricardo Smith - Published on Amazon.com
At the title level, this book is a hot topic. However, the editorial review posted on the Amazon site is insufficient information upon which to determine if this book covers my specific interest. As a minimum, the table of contents should be posted via a link as is done with most other publications. Perhaps this oversight is because of the newness of this book. In fact I am interested in physical implementation of multi-dimensional views in a normalized, relationally modelled data warehouse. A table of contents would at least provide a clue if this book discusses this element.
