I was given this book as a gift and I really like it. There are a nice range of recipes included, many different types of muffins, scones and breads; and the recipes have step by step, easy to understand instructions that I have found very useful as a newbie to bread-making. I'd recommend the book to newbies as well as more experienced bakers as the variety of recipes included should appeal to many tastes.

If you love blueberry muffins this is the book to use - I have had mine a long time and now most of my friends have it too!!

The recipes in this book are precise and have been well tested, so it all works out first time! One thing I didn't catch on the first time of reading is the conversion table in the back from spoken to actual oven temperatures. Once you work out that a moderately hot oven is 200C, you will be baking like a pro!

A little disappointed in this book. It wasn't really what I thought it was, but that's the problem with ordering online, you can't have a browse through. Quick delivery tho.

A great cookbook with easy to follow recipes that turn out beautifully. Every recipe has a picture which I think is a must have and the rhubarb crumble muffins are brilliant!
