Having read a lot of the reviews of other muffin books, I was scared to commit to buying any of them. I was lucky therefore to have the chance to view this book before buying. My review is based on a paperback version of this book (cheaper than the hardback version). I am delighted to say that there are a wide variety of delicious and interesting recipes (75 in total), with a very good representation of savoury muffins included with the usual sweet ones. Recipes are well laid out, easy to follow and all ingredients are easy to find in your local UK supermarket. Well-taken colour photos are provided with each recipe. There is even nutritional value information given for each recipe, such as calories, fat, carbohydrates, protein etc - impressive. I'm just happy to try all of the recipes out and devour them in ignorant bliss. I hope you enjoy this book as much as I have; it has definitely inspired me to adapt some of the recipes to create a few of my own.
