Excellent support 2 Oct 2011

I have regular sore backs from doing moderate lifting and moving. I bought this brace as I was going to be doing a lot of decorating. When I first put it on I didn't think it would do much good as I barely felt it. After 4 hours bending and stretching I had no back paint but I'm sure I would have had without the brace. I use it for gardening too and it prevents me getting a niggly back.
