This collection is not a greatest hits, but more a timeline of Therapy? at their most creative works. It has great anthem tracks such as 'Potato Junkie' and 'Nowhere'; and then songs so diverse as 'Teethgrinder' and 'Diane'.

The only drawback is the noticable absence of some more regular songs such as 'Skyward' and 'Sister'.

Still this collection is a must for all Therpay? fans and if you are new to the group here is s snapshot of their most original work to date. Money well spent.

So what has happened to Theapy? in recent years, after the brilliant 'Troublegum', they left the rock world in awe. Then they literally dissappeared off the scene with the more pop like album 'Infernal love'. Came back from a problem with their label with the excellent album 'Suicide Pact'; but they had lost some of their fans, including me, which was a shame because 'Suicide' really was a cracking album. Well, now people will remember how well written the old tracks were and realise how good some of the new tracks are now. Songs like 'Screamager' and 'Nowhere' make you want to sing along and mosh at the same time. The classic tracks from 'Babyteeth' are full of real aggression and power. The newer songs such as 'Ten Year Plan' and 'He's not that kind of a girl' are back to the old routes of the first two albums. This album is a must for any true rock fan, it has everything; the fast and agressive, the slow and the moving. A brilliant balance across the cd, this wasn't just stuck together, it was carefully moulded by the band. All in all a gem from a band that should kicking it with the best in the world, and now they are.

At long last here is a chance for people who haven't yet heard more than a couple of Therapy? songs to hear more. This is a great collection, featuring some of the earlier songs (such as 'Meat Abstract') as well as some of the later ones. There is a definite difference of style as the albums progress, until the most recent 'Suicide Pact: You First'. Every album has the same raw power however - anyone who has been to a gig will know how the band perform with a ferocity that keeps you jumping for hours. This comes through on the recorded material too, and even the quieter songs (such as 'Diane') have a dark edge that just fits the mood perfectly.

If you haven't heard much Therapy?, or if you haven't been able to find some of the albums, this is the CD to get. You won't regret it.
