I already have the MTV Grind Hip Hop Workout, and i was surprised at how much easier this workout is. It is very easy peasy to follow, and the grind dancers do make it really fun. However it is true that there is only one short dance routine which they show you one bit at a time and then repeat several times, so when you've learned all the steps it could get boring doing the video again and again. However, I still find it fun to do as a low impact fat burning workout (and I'm an experienced dancer) but for those of you who want to work harder, I'd recommend the MTV Grind Hip Hop Workout, that one is much harder and really makes you sweat, but again there is just the one dance routine. Still, I find them both fun and a nice change to the more disciplined 'serious' exercise videos. I would also recommend Patsy Palmers club workout and Tae Bo for the die-hard sporty people out there.
