Lots of fun! 9 May 2001
This is a great workout! The dancers are having a lot of fun and so will you. It's great that they all take part in the instruction and the moves are challenging so you wont get bored with it! If your coordination is bad, you might not get so much out of it, but if you love to dance and don't wanna do things the easy way, this is perfect! You wont even notice how much you're sweating cause you've been so focused on doing it right!

I have also bought the Patsy Palmer Club workout and found that the aerobic dance workout videos are the best way of keeping fit at home if you have a basic to itermediate level of fitness and want something a bit different. The workout is easy to learn after a couple of goes and the funky music encourages you to work harder. Definately not boring!! Will be looking for another MTV Grind Video to purchase as v.impressed with strength and fitness, wouldn't mind getting the one with yoga also.

I already have the MTV Grind Hip Hop Workout, and i was surprised at how much easier this workout is. It is very easy peasy to follow, and the grind dancers do make it really fun. However it is true that there is only one short dance routine which they show you one bit at a time and then repeat several times, so when you've learned all the steps it could get boring doing the video again and again. However, I still find it fun to do as a low impact fat burning workout (and I'm an experienced dancer) but for those of you who want to work harder, I'd recommend the MTV Grind Hip Hop Workout, that one is much harder and really makes you sweat, but again there is just the one dance routine. Still, I find them both fun and a nice change to the more disciplined 'serious' exercise videos. I would also recommend Patsy Palmers club workout and Tae Bo for the die-hard sporty people out there.
