The video is really easy to follow along with and the instructions are clear and easy to understand. The sections are easily defined, one for your bum, one for your legs and one for you tummy with warm up excerises for each one. You can pick which section you want to do or else you can choose to do all 3. It's not for the fainthearted though, as some of the excersises are quite tough. No equipment is needed and it's easy to do in the livingroom with not a lot of space needed. The music isn't very good but the tropical scenery and sunshine makes up for that.
