This complete series of books was an instant hit with my son.

Although not yet reading the pictures are colourful and consist of many shapes and basic objects keeping him interested whilst the stories are being read.

All stories are in plain and simple English which is ideal for beginners but still interesting enough for the more advanced reader (I still love them!).

As a huge fan of the mr men books as a child when I saw these board books I had to get them for my one year old daughter. They are very small but just the right size for her to hold so I would recommend them for a young child who is just starting to show an interest in books.

What child could have a fulfilled childhood without owning the Mr Men series? Hargreaves has got it just right, the books capture the attention and imagination of any child and adults alike! If your child doesn't already own these, it is essential that you open up their world, now!
