I had been looking forward to this release for a long time, and it was certainly worth the wait.
The boxset contains the original Mr Bean Vol 1-5 DVDs, showing Rowan Atkinson at his best and includes all of the original classic episodes. I've watched them over and over again and still laugh so much that it hurts.
In addition to the original episodes you get the library scene, the extra Turkey scene in the Christmas episode, the 2007 comic relief sketch and several episodes from the animated series.
The only disapointment is that it doesn't feature the other classic comic relief sketches such as the blind date one and the ice skating sketch. Nor does it include the Mr Bean documentary or the Best Bits episode.
In addition to this boxset, to complete your collection, you may consider buying the 'new' Mr Beal Vol 4 DVD (2008) as this includes the 'Best Bits' episode, and the story of Mr Bean, well worth watching.
This boxset is a must have and contains hours of entertainment, that people of all ages will enjoy.

If you like Mr Bean - you will love this!!!! Hours of comedy & fun. THoroughly enjoyable.
