Really liked this dvd, Only got it on the off chance it might be worth watching. Have a feeling most soaps might be made along the lines played out here, very funny, would recomend to all and I'm not a fan of most soap's.

When i first saw this show it was because nothing else was on and also it was half way though the series but once i did see it i watched it to the end and thought it was very funny,and thats saying something coming from a comedy show on ITV.I never saw one episode of EHCO BEACH but was still able to pick up what the show was about.Ben Miller as the slimy boss is just perfect and with some other well knowns in the cast it was worth buying just to see it from the start,and i got it for £4.97 down from £19.99 and you could'nt be bad to that.

Wonderfully funny, just what is needed in these harsh financial times, a chance for unrestrained laughter. Ben Miller bounces from one disaster to another as the hapless Howard, to whom all disasters gravitate with alarming force and regularity, yet just when you feel all around him want to disown him, or indeed dismember and dispose of him, he manages to find just the right words or gesture to turn things around. Plus, not wishing to be sexist in any way, the fact he is drop dead gorgeous adds to the pleasure!. We also have the wonderful talents of Alison Steadman [Gavin's mum in Gavin and Stacey]. She is a superbly comedic actress, a joy to watch. I would recommend this brilliant collection without hesitation.
