This beautifully written and illustrated book provided just the reassurance and interest needed when my 4 year old grandaughter was moving house.She readily identified with Molly and began to understand the whole process of packing up ,filling the van,unloading,unpacking and exploring her new surroundings.Her only disappointment is that there are no cats in the neighbouring garden and it is not a wilderness but a manicured plot.

I remember this book from when i was little and it was especially useful for when we moved house and now that im a trainee teacher ive decided to add this to my collection to show in school.
The book has a fantastic magical element to it and having a look in someone elses garden always interested me but with this book you get the feel for being nosey without having moved out of your chair!!! All children will love this book and it has something for everyone even adults to relate to.
