I've recently bought both this and the first DVD - Moving and Grooving, and am looking forward to another being brought out.
Both DVD's are very upbeat and fun. The dances are broken down into sections and are easy to follow. My children are only 3 and 5 but thoroughly enjoy learning the dances, listening intently to the dance teacher and copying the moves. I was impressed at how quickly they learnt!
It is definately suitable for kids up to about 12 years of age (and good fun for Mum's too!).

I bought this dvd with the hope of getting some inspiration to teaching dance to my class at school. However, the moves from song 2 onwards are really quite advanced and how to do the actual move would need to be taught before they could put the moves together.
If you have children that don't care if they get it right or not then this is a great work out for them. If you have children that are easily frustrated this probably isn't the DVD for them. However if you have the next Kylie in the making then this is a good DVD.
It really depends what you are looking for and if your children are particularly dance orientated or not.

I bought this as a double set with the first one for the kids and it has turned out to be one of my best buys... ever! They have been kept entertained for weeks on end. glorious!
Rather than just plonking the kids down in front of some random TV to sit still for hours on end this is getting them moving AND keeping them occupied. It's absolutely fantastic. If you've got little children I can't recommend it enough.
