About the Author

John Agard and Grace Nichols were brought up in Guyana, moving to Britain in 1977. Both are well known as writers and performers of poetry for children and adults, and Grace has been awarded the Commonwealth Poetry Prize. They live in Sussex. Annabel Wright is a singer as well an illustrator. This is her first title for Walker. She lives in Glasgow.
