The Monodome tent is lightweight and compact. It is a waterproof tent with a hydrostatic head of 2000mm complete with fully taped seams. The Monodome tent is fire retardant and has fibreglass poles. The Monodome tent sleeps 2 people and weighs just 1.72kg. It is easy to pitch and has roof ventilation. It is ideal for weekends away, festivals and summer fun. A hydrostatic head measurement refers to the waterproof rating of the fabric, water is pushed through a cyllinder and the level at which it begins to penetrate the the fabric determines the meaurement given. The monodome 2 person tent has a hydrostatic head measurement of 2000mm. The lowest level a tent will be considered waterproof is 1500mm. The tent has been made form waterproof fabric with a membrane that prevents water seepng in. The monodome tent also has fully taped seams which prevents water from seeping in through the stitched areas.Waterproof fabric is also windproof to ensure you are fully protected from the elements. Fibreglass poles are lightweight and extremely durable which makes them the perfect choice for tents. 200*150*105cm 1.72kg

i bought this for a tenner for the main purpose for my children to play in it in the garden and for that its quite good...its ment to be a two man tent but i think this would be a tight squeeze..you wouldnt be able to get any stuff in it once all the bedding is in it..if you want it just for one person then its suitable but it would be a push to get two people in it especially if they were quite tall...but as for it being in the garden for the kids then its ideal..

For a festival tent it ticks all the boxes - it packs away neatly and lightly; though it does pack away a little long. The carrier bag is a zipper which is preferable when trying to pack away with a hangover. The tent is suitable for festival camping though not particularly durable it will keep you dry and out of harms way.
