Accessories include knife blade for chopping and mixing, a thick slicing blade which is great for salads and a thick shredding blade perfect for grating or making coleslaw, a whisking disc for whisking egg whites, a spiral system to ensure a consistent mix and a spatula specially designed for Moulinex food processors.

This processor comes with a handy 'drop-on mixing bowl for no more twisting to lock the bowl in place, the bowl features a safety locking lid, this lid must be locked into the closed position for the processor to operate.

If you look at the picture on this page, you'll see that the Moulinex Delicio comes with several attachments for different tasks.

From left to right, as they appear in the picture:

The chopping attachment does an acceptable job of chopping up whatever you put in the bowl. However, it has a tendency to throw things against the side of the bowl, so you have to keep shoving things down. For this purpose, a blender (with a tall, narrow bowl to hold items close to the blade) would probably work much better.

The grating blade did an excellent job for us, until the disk that holds it broke during use, bombarding our grated cheese with bits of plastic and ruining it, thereby throwing our dinner plans rather out of whack. We replaced the attachment, at a cost nearly half the total cost of the food processor--and, about a year later, this attachment broke again, once again at a very inopportune time.

The slicing blade slides into and out of the same disk that holds the grating blade, and so is going to suffer from the same tendency to break as the grating attachment.

The whipping attachment is excellent, and does a superb and fast job of whipping cream or egg whites. It hasn't broken on us yet.

All in all, if you view this as a disposal item and don't mind the risk of it breaking during use, it's a decent value; when it's not shattering during use, it works very well for most purposes. (This is why I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1.) However, having suffered through two breakages, we're going to invest a little more money and buy a better made food processor.
