Bikes are surprisingly heavy so we had no success trying to hang bikes by wall hooks. A floor stand seemed a good idea and I am very pleased with this model. I was looking for a bike stand for 4 bikes, but the only options with this French brand seem to be for 3 bikes or 5 bikes. I opted for the 5 bikes stand. There is little product information for a potential buyer on this Amazon listing, so for anyone else feeling a bit in the dark, I can tell you that what has arrived is shown on the label to be 133 cm long by 32 cm wide. The stand seems to be stronger and heavier than it looks in the picture so I think it will be OK to leave it free standing (rather than have to fix it to the floor of our shed). I am very pleased with this bike stand which has helped to bring order to chaos, and I am so looking forward to being able to take my bike out of the shed without having to move 3 other bikes to do so!

thrilled with this item. it fits in the garage and does what it is supposed to, stands all the kids bikes up so they can get them out without collapsing everyone elses bikes on to the floor. I thought it might be flimsy because of the price but it is very sturdy and good value for money.

This is a great stand, I was worried it would be wobbly and bikes might topple but it is incredibly sturdy just sitting on the garage floor (not attached so we can move it if we want to) and bikes are held securely even though mine has a child seat on the back meaning the weight is distributed badly (I expected it to fall but it didn't!).Really good value too.
