I am assuming that this case has not changed since I bought it; the picture currently doesn't show the Motorola "M" logo, which my purchased case does have. (I returned to this page from the link in my order, so it's definitely the same item code.)

The case fits the Xoom 2 ME very well, as you would expect. It has cut-outs on the back for the power and volume buttons, and for the camera. Ports at the top and bottom remain clearly exposed also, so you should have no trouble attaching headphones, power cable and so on.

The real let-down with this case, though, is its usefulness as a stand. I specifically bought it because of its touted ability to hold the tablet upright -- perfect for watching films on the train or plane... or so I thought. Sadly this is incredibly badly executed. The upright position relies on friction between rubbery strips on the inside of the case and the hard, slippery, plastic back of the case. With my initial purchased case, this just did not work at all; the tablet would simply fall down within a few seconds. I obtained a replacement from Motorola, and this worked for about a week or so before it, too, succumbed to gravity. The rubber strips just can't hold on to the back of the case, especially not after they've picked up dust and skin oils.

The 'keyboard' stand position works perfectly well. So if you can live without the upright stand position, it's a good case. If not, look elsewhere.

Hard plastic Backcover, the Xoom 2 ME fits tightly in and holds up. Only the front Flap does not "hold" ...

still did not manage to use it as a stand.
It is really thin which keep the tablet very small.

This cover works fine as a cover but as other reviewers have mentioned the stand function particularly in the upright position do not work.
