The Bluetooth arrived within a couple of days of ordering so I was initially impressed. Unfortunately not all items arrived as were advertised on Amazon. The leather case and screen cleaner were not sent and the bluetooth and charger simply came in a bubble bag. Not 'boxed' as I had hoped from the description. I enquired from the seller about the missing items and they sent me details of how to return the bluetooth for a refund. I actually wanted it for a gift and was not happy to pay for a second lot of postage to return it. I enquired again as to whether or not I could get the missing items and they said "these are bulk packed so do not include all the items amazon propose come with the item". What does that mean? I thought they were the seller and Amazon was just the platform for selling it? Am I missing something? Anyway, have decided to keep the bluetooth and will have to hope the person I am gifting it to doesn't think I've bought them something second hand or knocked off as there is no packaging or instruction sheet that would normally come with a brand new bluetooth product.
