A little bit stressful order as the original product would not hold the charge. When we emailed they sent us another battery immediately and were very apologetic and polite (GSM). The new battery made no difference though so we had to email and find all the packaging to return everything as promptly as possible which we did. As we were going on holiday we were worried we would be away when the replacement arrived but thankfully it came back almost straight away and the replacement is fine so far, 2 weeks on and we are very pleased with it.
The accessories arrived from different manufacturers promptly and efficiently and all seem to be in good working order. Thank you.

Bought this for my husband, as he was jealous of mine: big screen, easy keyboard, and fliptop. Now he's got one, and it is wonderful, and he loves it. No more accidental wiping of just written messages. Brilliant.

Robust, functional, stylish, slim, battery life good.
Letters on buttons a bit small now i need reading glasses.
Few frills but it makes calls, and texts, usual phone functions.
Ive enjoyed mine about 3 years, and i got it second hand a year old, still going strong.

Motorola RAZR V3 BLACK mobile phone
Found it didn't hold any battery life and whilst the new battery I received was better from the supplier it still ran dry too quickly not holding any power for very long.

Not satisfied
