I have purchased this and used it, found it fairly easy to set up. I like the fact that it is light and you don't feel it's on your ears.

not bad! 25 July 2008
By Dee J. - Published on Amazon.com
This little device fits comfortabe and sturdy on your ear. It has both earloop and earbud. It also comes with two different shaped "fitters" that's places over the earbud (so you can pick which one works best with you). When I use my bluetooth, I hear the person loud and clear. I have had complaints that sometimes they don't hear me too well. That usually happens when I'm inside the mall, or stores, but sometimes they do. Maybe it's the location? I'm not sure. However, usually it works fine. I just love the pretty color and the look is very simple, not too flashy.
Does what it's supposed to?...almost 12 Mar. 2010

I'm a full time truck driver so a handsfree headset is essential. I have to wear it most of my work day, both while driving and also at my stops while I'm unloading. It's important that the headset I have be comfortable enough to keep on for 8 to 10 hours a day.

Pros: Inexpensive - less than $20 from Amazon. Holds a charge a long time. Not uncomfortable to wear for long periods, and very light. Easy to pair with my Motorola W375 phone. Haven't had any complaints from anyone about not being able to hear me or about background noise. The call/answer button is easy enough to use as are the volume buttons as well.

Cons: Somewhat cheapy ear clip (Although I have seen these sold in 4 packs on Ebay for $9.99). The sound is clear and strong when I use it at home but for some reason I do hear some distortion when I'm driving. When sitting still or driving it holds on my ear fine but if you want a headset that will stay secure while you're working you might consider another one... it tends to flop when I'm even a little active. Also it's not exactly a cool looking headset... if that's an issue for you. The rubber ear pieces that fit over the speaker portion come off easily, especialy the round one.

All in all it does what it's supposed to so I'm not going to run out and buy another one, just wish the sound was clearer all the time (though that may be just an issue with the technology in general).

HERE'S AN UPDATE since I wrote the above review.... After about 8 weeks I lost the rubber ear gels ( like many other's have complained about). The unit became nearly useless without them... completely uncomfortable to wear, even for short periods, and the already so-so volume was reduced even more since it didn't sit securely in my ear canal. I tried to contact Motorola to get replacements...no luck at all, not even any generics were found. So... I spent a little more money and ran out (lol) and bought a Motorola H720. WOW, what a difference! The H720 has a super comfortable ear clip, it was surprising to hear how much clearer the sound is against the H375; and it has greater volume. It also sits over your ear instead of in it. Sometimes I don't even realize it's there...perfectly comfortable even if you wear eyeglasses all the time like me. Plus it has noise and echo cancellation which the H375 doesn't. I lowered the star rating from three to two stars since this update. I would HIGHLY recommend spending a few extra dollars and buy yourself the H720 (I'd give four and a half stars to that one!)
Hates my phone??? 13 Feb. 2010

Either this thing hates my PHONE or it is just a piece of... It will continually disconnect from my phone, and if it gets more than 5" away from my phone, I hear more crackling than the other person speaking! And, I don't think I want to buy from RetailTronics again because if I USE it, I can't return it. How the HELL am I supposed to know if it WORKS if I don't USE IT?!?!?!??!? Really, it is ridiculous. Now, I get to put this back up on here for the same price or less than how much I bought it for if I want to get SOME money from it. I hope that someone else has better times with this little thing. I bought it expecting to use it for talking on the phone in the car or using it with my computer to talk on Skype. Not happening.

I use the headset with my iphone and the setup was very easy and straight forward. Integrates nicely with the iphone and the controls on the headset. Quickly syncs after power up and sounds great in my loud car.
