I have a Motorola V3 and ordered this battery in error as I thought it would be good for my mobile phone. The add says that it is valid for various models, one of them being the V3x. I thought the 'x' stood for any sort of the V3 range phones i.e. the V3 itself, the V3i and so on but I was wrong in thinking so... or perhaps the ad is not too clear about this.
So I received the BC50 which didn't fit on the Motorola V3 and 'Online' agreed to replace the incorrect battery for the BR-50 which is the one that would fits the Moto V3. I only had to pay the mailing back and forth to cover the small mailing costs which was fine by me.
'Online' was fast in solving this problem, the battery was properly packaged & protected in a padded envelope and the BR-50 battery has been working fine for the 3 weeks I've had it.
Happy with their service and in future I would use them again.

I ordered a new BC50 but was sent an old, well-used one. Inside the jiffy envelope, it was totally free of packaging and was marked and scratched. The metal contacts were dull and had begun to deteriorate. I am totally disappointed.

Battery arrived next working day even though stated delivery was 5 Days.
It did did the trick the phone is now back to holding it's charge for 4 to 6 days depending on usage.
The battery was ordered for a MotoKRZR k1 not listed but it is the same as the original.
Very pleased with the service and the low price.
