Great service and efficiency from company point of view but the battery it's self was useless and the phone had an issue recognising it. Phone kept saying 'invalid battery' then throwing a wobblie. Obviously not the genuine article?...

Amazon Verified Purchase
This may be a great battery; it's too soon for me to know. It certainly arrived quickly from Amazon's chosen supplier. What it is not is an original Motorola battery. The logo and name are both absent (unlike in the illustration), and it is packaged with the brand name 'original'. 'Original battery', get it? Neat way around any trade description problems. May work fine; time will tell; but it seems unlikely to have been reduced from an original price of £19.99 as advertised. Sharp practice, but at the price should not be surprised.

Amazon Verified Purchase
Delivery excellent but product bought as new and was received as used. Contacted supplier and responses were positive. New battery received after a week and is doing its job.
