There may be lots of useful information in this book, but...
The first problem is finding what you want to know, as the index is useless and bits of information on a particular topic are littered around the book's 288 pages.
The next difficulty is reading the information, as there are numerous spelling and punctuation errors and the layout is terrible. Then you begin to wonder: this man is supposed to be giving precise information - there are lots of charts and tables - but if his proof-reading is this bad, how reliable is the information?

The facts, seem to be in there, mixed up with a lot of lecturing on how to drive properly. Example, need to know the minimum depth of tread you are legally allowed to drive on in Spain? The simple, and only answer is 1.6mm, that turns into 2 pages of explaination, of how different vehicles have different stopping distances, in different driving conditions on different tyres etc, although nothing to do with the law. The author also tries to "educate" us poor mortals into the higher wisdom of driving like him. Never asked, but is he a member of the IAM?
Of course the real reason this book exists is because, us brits are just bone idol at learning foreign languages (no excuses please), the facts are there for us to read on the internet etc, but in Spanish, so fair play to Brian for taking advantage of our ignorance/laziness.
