Most Helpful Customer Reviews

4 of 4 people found the following review helpful By J. Burns on 6 Dec. 2009
Format: Paperback
Louise Mason was falsely accused of Child Abuse by an incompetent Doctor at a Hospital when she took her Child for treatment. What was unleashed was an incredibly unjust Family Court System and the Criminal Court System. Louise was exonerated by the Criminal Court System but still "Guilty" in the Family court System, this unfortunately happens to innocent people everyday. In the U.K. Parents have their Children removed and put up for adoption and even when they are exonerated are unable to get their Children back, Google the case of Mark and Nicky Webster. Every Parent and anybody interested in Civil and Human Rights should read this book. You may think that this is an unusual case but it is a frequent occurance. Highly recommended.

Format: Paperback
I purchased this book after reading reviews. I am a second year social work student and thought it would be helpful with my studies but I was very disappointed as it was predominantly about the Louise Masons life, rather than the legal battles she faced.
