This could be a really interesting story, a foster mother who has cared for more that 50 children, including large sibling groups. Sadly, the books does not "hit the spot", at only 48 pages it is not likely to given much detail.

The English is poor. I wondered whether it was an attempt to give the "flavour" of the foster mothers words, but it does not do that, it is not the same throughout. The book does not really give much information about any of the children, maybe a page, of the "came to us on, stayed for xxx months, now going to college with a child". At one point there is a reference to one of the children being killed, but again, no detail, just "he was killed and his killer was caught". There is no information about the day to day life of being a foster mother, it is just a list, not one of these children come alive through the pages.

When the foster mother does go into slightly more detail it is about a child who was "possessed by demons". This child gets sent away by the foster mother.

I really cannot recommend this book for anyone, it is neither an enjoyable read nor does it give any information to add to anyone's understanding on the subject of fostering.

A great book, the experience to go through with the little girl is unbelievable. For her to have a lot of children to pass through she is the first for.. Would love to read more!
