About the Author
Michelle Moravec is Associate Professor of History at Rosemont College, Pennsylvania, USA. Her recent publications include 'Make Room For Mommy Feminist Artists and My Maternal Musing' in The M Word: Real Mothers in Contemporary Art (Demeter Press) and 'Another Mother for Peace: Reconsidering Maternalist Peace Rhetoric from a Historical Perspective' in Journal of the Motherhood Initiative. When not writing about mothers, she is one to her two children.
