Very well written - the info, the layout - it's easy to use and very comprehensive. I have found it absolutely invaluable. Make sure you read all the intro stuff first though - it's incredibly important, as homoeopathy is potent stuff, and it can make the difference between it not working and you getting it spot on. Castro writes very warmly, unclinical, without compromising her professionalism. Highly recommended.

This is an easy to understand guide which I found invaluable for helping me choose homeopathic remedies to help me through labour and the early days with a difficult baby. As well as giving clear mehtods to identify the correct remedy for any given situation ( and individual), Castro gives her reader a wealth of self help guidelines and support. A must for all pregnant women!
