I bought this label maker as I liked the idea of having two wheels - upper and lower case. Unfortunately, I wish I'd spent more time studying the images as neither wheel has a spacer bit, it makes it very hard to put spaces between the words unless you're lucky enough that your first word was so long as to make the tape peep out of the other side.
You have to press quite hard to get the letters to emboss properly and for the tape to move along as well, otherwise you might find yourself with a blob of three letters on top of each other as I did on my first few attempts.
Generally, the lower case lettering is nicer - I had hoped that the upper case would be the traditional font but its a bit curvy for my liking but that's just me being fussy.
Overall, its not a bad little product - it takes a bit of getting used to but once you get into the swing of things (including how to make your own spaces), its great.
One word of warning - if you're planning to use this with the neon tape a lot of people buy with this product, do not stick your labels on anything too dark - the neon colours are slightly transparent.
