Recorded live at the 'Rock in Rio' festival, Lisbon, Portugal, on May 30th 2010, how fresher a slice of raw Motorhead can you get?
And as a festival gig, you get a streamlined and undiluted 63.49 minute set of powerful, loud, Motorhead rock 'n' roll - what more can you ask for?
Well, how about a track listing?
Yes, that would be a great idea, so here we jolly well go - Iron Fist (with obstacles) / Stay Clean / Be My Baby / Rock Out / Metropolis / Over The Top / One Night Stand / Guitar solo / The Thousand Names Of God / Cradle To The Grave / In The Name Of Tragedy / Drum solo / Going To Brazil / Killed By Death / Ace Of Spades / Overkill.
Of course, ardent fans will know that Rock Out and The Thousand Names Of God are from the cracking 'Motorizer' album, which has only just been superceeded by the recent release of the equally excellent 'The World Is Yours' CD.
But this set is particularly relevant for Motorhead collector's, as a rare B-side, only played live and included in their set but a handful of times, with 'Cradle To The Grave,' which was written and recorded in 1987 for the 'Eat The Rich' single.
A powerful performance by the band, and this excellent, stripped-down, festival set captures Motorhead like Thunder In A Bottle.
